New Live DVD 2009 avail to order

There is a brand new Davy Knowles & Back Door Slam Live DVD being released on Dec 7th. Taken from the gig at the Gaiety Theatre, Isle of Man in October this year, it’s a 2hr set of Slamming music taken from both albums (debut ‘Roll Away’ and the Frampton produced follow up ‘Coming Up For Air’) with a few choice covers thrown in, along with exclusive extras.

The extras include the full set by support act ‘Strengyn’ - excellent Manx guitar/mando/fiddle group - and an exclusive behind the scenes video documenting Davy and the guys’ trip to the Isle of Man, with footage of Davy rehearsing with the Ballacottier School Choir & the band enjoying a whistlestop tour of some of the ancient sites of the tiny Isle.
The main programme also features guest appearances from Christine Collister and the aforementioned kids from Ballacottier.
